GaariBaan ("we", "us", "our") provides car restoration and engine re-manufacturing services in Lahore, Pakistan, in partnership with Standard Automobile Engineering. We only collect what you choose to share with us when you make an enquiry or book a service:
- Your name and contact number (phone / WhatsApp)
- Details about your car (model, year, condition, and the work you need)
- Any photos, voice notes or messages you send us
- Your email address, if you contact us by email
Our website does not ask you to create an account or enter any payment details online. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect basic, anonymised technical data — such as aggregate traffic and security information — to keep the site fast and secure.

- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- To arrange pickup, carry out the work, and keep you updated on progress
- To honour your guarantee and follow up on your service
Most enquiries are handled over WhatsApp. Messages you send us there are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, in addition to this policy.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only with our engineering partner, Standard Automobile Engineering, and only where needed to carry out the work on your car. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
Keeping your information
We keep your enquiry and job records for as long as needed to provide the service and honour the guarantee period, after which they are removed.
